Okay so you’ve had a whole season (maybe even a season and a half) to break from working up a great outdoors sweat. Time to get back into the swing, or should I say sweat, of things ladies.
You don’t have to be a trained runner or even a nature buff to reap the benefits of adding some fresh air & a couple of new moves to your routine. Simply rotating workout locations and trying one or two new moves will not only put some spring back in your step but you may actually look forward to working out. Oh and it helps to bring a friend along. Going it solo? Ipods and mp3 players also work wonders when you add some of your favorite booty shakin music and (comftorable) earbuds.
