As a mom of three the safety of my family always comes first. So naturally I jumped at the opportunity to get brushed up on CPR + AED training. And now I’m certified! At least for the next two years + then I will have to complete another training + certification course. It’s such a relief to have the upper hand knowledge on something like this. Knowing what to do can save time + lives.
We had a great training instructor who left no question unanswered. One of the other important things he shared with us is that we share what we learned with someone else.
For my local readers I’d like to share that One Beat CPR is hosting a Free CPR training community event this weekend. For my non local readers I encourage you to check out a CPR training course in your local communities this summer.
